Woodside, Wiri’s brand-new bar begins to take shape…

We started with an empty sight. But within days the steel superstructure, pre-manufactured offsite, was lifted into place.

On went the roof.

Of course, when you’re building a pub, you’ve got to have a roof shout.

On the inside, Woodside is spacious, with a high-pitched roof and plenty of room for large groups. Upstairs, there is extra room for functions. And so, building continues apace.

To make sure patrons stay warm and toasty on winter nights, the superstructure is wrapped in breathable wall underlay. Next, Woodside is clad in… what else, but longrun timber.
