At Woodside we provide a range of function spaces and packages to help you create a memorable experience. We can help you produce the perfect experience for any occasion, birthdays, private functions, social club events, conferences and meetings. There is a $350 venue hire fee, and you can choose the space that best fits your event. You can check out our calendar to see date availability, dates that are grey are unavailable. Birthdays, Engagements, Weddings, Anniversaries, Corporate Meetings and Events, Product Launches, Work Functions. Whatever your event, Woodside is the place to have your next special function! We are sure your guests will have a wonderful time at Woodside! And best of all, we do the cleaning up!
Functions can be delivered in two time slots, Lunch (12 pm - 4pm) and Dinner (6 pm - 10 pm). Additional time can be requested dependent on availability.
We do require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings, fill out the enquiry form below and our Function and Event Manager will contact you to discuss your function requirements and date availability.
OUR SPACES
THE FUNCTION ROOM
Our main function room is a private space on the second floor of Woodside with direct lift or stairs access. The room comes equipped with its own private bar, big screen TVs, professional sound system, catering facilities, and toilets. Separated from the guests on the upper level this is the perfect space to create that special event for you and your family. Suitable for up to 80 seated guests.
THE CONSERVATORY
The conservatory is the perfect space for that more social event for your large group or gathering. On the same level as the main restaurant, part of the conservatory can be booked for up to 60 people seated and 80 people cocktail setting. The flexible nature of this amazing indoor/outdoor space is able to be adapted to almost any function. Please talk to our team about booking these spaces for your group or event.

MORE INFORMATION - The FUNCTION ROOM
Our upstairs function room can seat 80 people and the best part of all, it is private. The room includes a state-of-the-art Audio-Visual System, separate private bathroom facilities, lift and stair access and a fully stocked bar all to yourselves.
MORE INFORMATION - THE CONSERVATORY
Our outdoor under cover conservatory can be split to section off a designated function space. The conservatory allows for natural light and outdoor connection, allowing guests to enjoy more of nature while they wine and dine.

Time Slots and Decor
For all functions there is a 4 hour time limit. If you have decorations we do allow entry to the space 1 hour prior for you to set up. All decorations must be agreed to by the Woodside Team. No glitter or confetti allowed.

We can help provide a range of menu options to suit your group. We offer a large variety of menu options that include buffet, grazing tables and platter options, we also cater for conference events with our morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea options. See our range below, our Function and Event Manager is happy to work with you to meet your booking requirements. Please note that all refreshments and catering must be supplied by Woodside, no outside catering allowed. Please also feel free to discuss specific dietary requirements with our Function and Event Manager.
Host Responsibility Policy
The management and staff at Woodside believe we have a responsibility to provide an environment what is not only comfortable and welcoming, but also an environment where Alcohol is served responsibly. Because of this, the following Host Responsibilities have been put implemented.
We provide and actively promote a range of non-alcoholic beverages including Low Alcohol Beer, Fruit Juice, Soft Drinks, Tea and Coffee. Water is available free of charge at all times.
If there is any doubt as to someone’s age, we will kindly request ID. Acceptable forms of ID are 18+ Card, Drivers License or Passport. Underage guests, without parental supervision will be asked to leave the premise.
